Market Mojo Report: August 2016

August 3, 2016 by Scott Williams

Berkshire Tops the Mesa Market

Through July 25, Warren Buffet’s Berkshire Hathaway was the top producing real estate company on the Mesa. Our company leads in two main categories—selling the highest dollar volume of Mesa homes, and selling the greatest number of Mesa homes. In fact, Berkshire Hathaway leads in both categories for the entire South Coast for 2016.

With over $24.5 million of Mesa sales, Berkshire Hathaway was more than $4 million ahead of Village Properties, $15 million ahead of Coldwell Banker, and $15.5 million ahead of Mike Richardson Realtors.

Berkshire Hathaway sold 2.5 more properties than Village, 11 more than Coldwell Banker, and 13 more than Mike Richardson. Together these four companies represent 64 percent of all properties sold on the Mesa through July 25.

There is no better time to talk with a Berkshire Hathaway agent than right now, even if your home sale is in the future. I am the number one Berkshire Hathaway agent on the Mesa. I can explain the market for your property, and show you what the company can offer you. Please give me a call for a confidential interview

These men and horses have just picked up the trunks from vacationers arriving from the
train station on their way to stay at the Potter Hotel one hundred years ago. Opening in
1903 with nearly 600 guest rooms, it soon became the top hotel in town, and in its day was world famous. Wealthy industrialists spent their winters in the opulent hotel with its many amenities and beautiful grounds. The Potter Hotel was located near Burton Circle in the West Beach area, less than a mile from the Mesa. It was destroyed in a re in 1921.

Client Talk…

“Scott is an exceptional Realtor, communicator, and master negotiator. This was my third real estate transaction with him. I am retired and in the process of downsizing. Scott helped me remodel my home in record time and stayed within my budget. As a result, we were able to obtain the highest price possible. The house sold in two days. He managed various projects and vendors, keeping me apprised of all developments. His attention to detail and professionalism are unmatched. I would work with him again in a heartbeat!”
